What is the Import Product Data feature?
This feature allows you to import 'Missing' Item Specifics in bulk using different file formats, and this can be done for the entire AF+ report, or at individual category level.
Category Level
I have Missing Item Specifics within Aspect Finder and I now have a spreadsheet with additional data - can I bulk upload this data?
Yes you can! Using the Import Product Data within Aspect Finder+.
Does the Import function handle variations?
Not currently but we have a plan to change that!
How do I use this at a Category level?
Within Aspect Finder+ move to the category where you have missing Item Specifics.
Hit Import in the Import Product Data section then choose the file you want to upload that includes your Missing Item specifics.
Once you have loaded your file and selected your preferred options, click next.
This then moves you into the Aspect Mapper
Here you can match the Aspects on the left hand side to the columns from your data set in the dropdown lists.
Map the unique product identifier first.
Then you can Map other aspects to your data set using the Aspect dropdown.
In the example below we are matching the Aspect - Feature using the dropdown to your dataset column Pen Features
