Get started with the tool for France, Italy, Spain or Germany

To access the Optiseller Parts Compatibility Tool, signup, link your store then select the site you wish to focus on, and either all listings, a subset of listings (via CSV upload), or specific categories.

If you list on multiple sites via one seller account, you will need to run separately for each site.

Once configured, Optiseller will scan your listings and attempt to source compatibility data based on the information in your listing.

Once complete, Optiseller will present the results in a report page:

This page allows the user to download all matches in a File-Exchange ready format, or to filter by 

  • Match Type - see below

  • Make 

  • Category

  • Minimum Sales - listings with at least this amount of sales

  • Items without Existing Fitment only - only listings that have no fitment records already applied

Match Types

  • MVL-Matched ON:Make | Model | Year - Matches found in the MVL based on the Make, Model and Year (start or end). The data should be checked for accuracy using the MVL.

  • MVL-Matched ON:Make | Model | YearRange - Matches found in the MVL based on the Make, Model and Year Range (from - to). The data should be checked for accuracy using the MVL.

  • MVL-Matched ON:Make | Model | YearMonthRange - Matches found in the MVL based on the Make, Model and Year Range with months (from - to). The data should be checked for accuracy using the MVL.


Where no match was found, or you require more detail, refer to the match details log which is also accessible from the report screen.
