How can the Store Performance Dashboard help me?

  • The Store Performance Dashboard provides you with an at-a-glance view of your store's overall situation, helping you to make quick decisions and prioritise certain for improvement.

  • The dashboard identifies what areas of your eBay store need the most attention, allowing you to make the necessary adjustments and improve your listings KPI rating.

  • Giving you an insight into what is performing well and what needs work.

What KPIs can I see in the Store Performance Dashboard?

The KPIs include:

  • Total Listings, SKUs, Quantity Sold, and Listings without GTINs (Global Trade Item Number).

You can also get insights into:

  • Duplicate Listings (remember, they are against eBay’s guidelines)

  • Use of Title Length (you have up to 80 characters, so use them)

  • Item specifics quality (Essential to success on eBay)

  • Shipping options offered (can have a great impact on your conversion)

  • Use of images (It is best to use multiple images, ensure they are good quality)

  • Secondary Category (adding a second category can help increase visibility.

  • Items missing fitment data (See Parts & Compatibility tool)

How can I access duplicate listings data in the Store Performance Dashboard?

You can run the duplicate listings by click on the Update Duplicate Listings button.

You can then confirm by clicking continue.

.This will then analyse your listing and update your report once compete.

How often does the Store Performance Dashboard update?

The dashboard will update every 7 days while the store subscription is active.

Can I customise the Overview graph in the Store Performance Dashboard?

The graph on the dashboard can be customised by clicking on the legend items to show / hide the series.

Can I drill into a particular KPI?

The dashboard also allows you to view historical data snapshots, showing trends in improvement or degradation in your KPIs, giving you an insight to what actions to take to improve the affected listings with a view to maximizing sales.

Both the dashboard and the tabular view use a RAG (Red Amber Green) status indicator to show if a particular KPI falls within our recommended thresholds.

Within the Tabular screen you can view previous and newer reports.

This view also allows you to drill into a particular KPI.

In the screenshot above if you click on the title of the KPI in our example "Number of Duplicate Listings" we can then access a graphical view of the KPI over time as seen in the screenshot below:

By clicking on the KPI numerical value you can drill into the details behind the total.

Normally this gives a list of the items related to the KPI, showing summary information as well as listing performance data (hits & sales):

The list view, then allows the user to link to the live marketplace listing by clicking on the title, or to access our Single Listing Review tool by clicking on the Item Id:
